When you first get started things happen like big ocean waves crashing on you. But as you grow and scale, the waves turn into small ripples, and those are what carry you to six figures and beyond.

The important things are the little decisions and shifts that we often overlook. You have to leave the “exploring” and “trying things out” phase and step into leadership as a six figure coach.
