When you are scaling your business, you have to do things differently than when you were just signing your first few clients.

One of the things you need to shift is your buying culture. 

People are used to buying from you in a certain way. But you need to get them to buy from you in a new, different way.

The best way to shift your culture is through indoctrination. Indoctrination is the process of teaching a group to accept a certain set of beliefs uncritically.

To indoctrinate your community you need to prepare them for the shift and tell them the benefits of the shift.

You need to tell them in advance about the coming change, and explain what the benefit is to them.
