Everything Scaling

Let me say this boldly: people are still buying in 2026.
Not just buying — investing.
In the middle of online chatter about “high-ticket being dead” and “mastermind fatigue,” I closed a $315,000 launch for my $15,000 mastermind… and it eventually climbed to $350,000.
Same offer. Same price. Same coach.
Different result.
Here’s what this launch taught me about selling high-ticket coaching in 2026 — and why women of color entrepreneurs must stop letting the past dictate what’s possible.
(And yes — this episode breaks it all down in real time. )
There’s a narrative floating around that:
That narrative is convenient.
It protects you from having to grow.
But here’s what I’ve seen:
We are at a pivot point in the coaching industry.
You either:
There is no coasting in 2026.
Six months before this $315K launch, I launched the same mastermind.
My goal was 15.
I enrolled 12.
Still strong. Still multiple six figures.
But it was under my goal.
I could have made that mean:
Instead, I asked:
What is this data teaching me?
The past is a tool — not a weapon.
Instead of shame, I extracted information:
So I shifted one thing.
In 2025, I was teaching “record-breaking launches.”
But what was the online chatter about?
Money.
Revenue.
Profit.
Scaling to $250K, $500K, $1M.
So I pivoted my messaging.
Instead of:
“How to Have a Record-Breaking Launch”
I taught:
How to Make $250K, $500K, or $1M in 2026
Was that bold? Yes.
Was it specific? Absolutely.
But I’d rather:
If you know your clients want revenue growth, say it.
If they want consistent five-figure months, say it.
If they want a million-dollar business model, say it.
Specific promises create powerful positioning.
(If you want to see how this connects to your messaging, read: [Insert Internal Link – Million Dollar Messaging Framework])
A $15,000 investment requires safety.
So I moved from:
To:
I asked a better question:
What does my buyer need to know before she can say yes?
Not:
“How do I sell this?”
But:
“What objections need to dissolve?”
This is the difference between:
If you’re selling high-ticket programs in 2026, depth beats hype every time.
I had a bold thought:
What if I sold out during the bonus period — before opening to my full list?
Instead of hoping, I engineered.
I added:
That bonus was irresistible.
We sold out before public launch.
We canceled the remaining emails.
Launch closed.
Done.
Entrepreneurship isn’t luck.
It’s intentional design.
If you want five new clients this month, ask:
What would make it inevitable?
During the five-day series, people kept saying:
“You’re so certain you can help us.”
That wasn’t performative.
It was earned.
Not because every client gets instant results.
But because I know how to troubleshoot.
If a launch fails, I can identify:
That’s the real power.
High-ticket sales in 2026 require this:
Not perfection.
But leadership.
And leadership sounds like:
“We will figure this out.”
On the final day, we were short a few applications.
My team wanted to extend.
Send more emails.
Push harder.
I said no.
“They’re coming.”
And they did.
Then weeks later?
Someone joined after doors had closed — paid in full.
When you stop micromanaging every move,
You create space for magic.
Sales is strategy.
But it’s also energetic capacity.
One last piece that made this launch calm, clean, and powerful:
Everything was planned 30+ days in advance.
During the launch, I wasn’t scrambling.
I was present.
And that presence matters when you’re holding five-figure decisions.
If you’re serious about scaling to $250K, $500K, or seven figures, operational excellence matters.
High-ticket coaching is not dead.
Weak leadership is.
Watered-down messaging is.
Half-committed execution is.
But bold, clear, strategic leadership?
That’s thriving.
If you are a woman of color entrepreneur who refuses to shrink — this is your moment.
