Dielle starts with a gut check: are you truly doing the thing you say you’re doing?
Most entrepreneurs only do about 70% of what worked before. They forget the details that led to their last sale. “You think you’re posting,” Dielle says, “but you haven’t made an Instagram post in months.”
Whether you have your own “success recipe” or you’re inside a business coaching program, ask: am I following the process to the letter?
If you are executing your strategy fully, the next question is: have you optimized it?
This means:
Optimization isn’t about guessing—it’s about strategic tweaks based on evidence.
Dielle reminds us: you can’t fix what you can’t see. “People will say they’re doing everything, but a coach can spot the one thing you missed,” she shares.
Example? A client said she was doing it all—yet her IG profile didn’t even say she was a coach. Once that got fixed? Clients started rolling in.
Feedback must be specific, consistent, and implemented line-by-line. It’s not enough to hear it. You must apply it—with precision.
Dielle wraps with a personal story of fumbling through Facebook ads. She made every mistake possible—but stuck with it. And the result? Her best-performing campaign ever.
Her point? Mastery comes from staying in the details, even when it’s frustrating. Especially when it’s frustrating.
