Today we wrap up this series where I talk about each quarter of 2022. This conversation is all about Q4.

Q4 was a whirlwind! I got sick right in the middle of launches and our live event.

I also hired a few more team members and we’ve been getting a lot more systematized in the business. We implemented a policy that nothing gets done without a written SOP.

Personally, I am working to try to move my body more. I’m also in my homemaking era!

I also share the things that worked from this quarter and the things that didn’t work.

Going into the new year, I’m planning to make more hires and stay coached up.

I’m so excited to be making a million this year. And if I’m making a million, I want my clients combined to make 10 million!
